Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Gig SEO. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

Subscriptions. You can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or of any renewal charge. You can also cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How to request a refund. Email support@xeviora.com from the address you used at checkout, or find your order at https://paddle.net and request a refund there. Refunds are processed by our reseller Paddle.com back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or another country that gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase, those rights apply in addition to this policy and are not limited by it.

Billing questions. Charges appear on your statement as “PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA”. If you don’t recognise a charge, contact support@xeviora.com or look it up at https://paddle.net before contacting your bank — we’ll sort it out quickly.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
