Is Gig SEO safe to use with my Fiverr account?
Gig SEO is read-only. It never sends messages, keeps you online, clicks, favorites or requests marketplace pages in the background — it only reads the page you have open in your own browser. We can't speak for Fiverr's decisions, but Gig SEO avoids the automated behavior seller tools usually get flagged for. You remain responsible for following Fiverr's terms.
Do I need an account?
No. The niche snapshot, rank history, gig checklist, reply templates and delivery countdown work without an account. A free account adds 30 AI credits; Pro raises the limits and adds 300 AI credits every month.
Where is my data stored?
Tracked keywords, rank history, snapshots, templates and order deadlines are stored only in your browser. Our servers never receive what you browse on Fiverr. When you use AI, only the text you enter — plus optional aggregate numbers you can see and switch off — is sent to generate the result.
How does rank tracking work without bots?
Add the keywords you care about, then browse their Fiverr search results as you normally would. Each time a results page is open, Gig SEO notes which page and position your gig appears at and adds it to that keyword's history. It never runs searches on its own, so rankings update when you check them.
Does Gig SEO guarantee better rankings?
No. Nobody outside Fiverr controls its search ranking. Gig SEO shows you data and suggestions so you can make informed changes, and lets you see whether your rank moved afterwards.
What is a credit, and what language does the AI write in?
Credits are usage credits for the AI tools: titles and tags cost 2, a full gig blueprint 5, review insights 3, keyword ideas 2 and a reply draft 1. If a generation fails you're not charged. Gig copy is written in English, the language gigs are published in; insights follow your interface language and replies match the buyer's language.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
