Gig SEO (gigseo.xeviora.com) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, installing our browser extension or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Gig SEO.

Gig SEO is a browser extension and website that helps freelance sellers analyze and improve their own service listings. The extension reads the marketplace pages you open in your own browser to show niche statistics, your listing’s position in search results you view, an SEO checklist and your order deadlines. Its AI tools draft listing copy, keyword ideas, review insights and reply drafts; they run through our backend and are metered in usage credits.

Gig SEO is read-only. It never sends messages, places or modifies orders, edits listings, clicks, favorites, keeps you online or requests marketplace pages on its own. Any change to your listings or any message you send is made by you.

Gig SEO is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Fiverr International Ltd. or any other marketplace. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of the marketplaces you use.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

The local tools work without an account. An account is required for AI features, Pro limits and billing. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. Signing in on this site also enables the AI and Pro features of the extension in that browser.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Charges appear on your card or bank statement as “PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA” (or “PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET” for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Gig SEO Pro is billed in advance monthly or yearly (current prices at https://gigseo.xeviora.com/pricing) and renews automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

Credits are usage credits that can only be used within Gig SEO to run its AI features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for any other product or service. Credits are not a stored-value or payment instrument. New accounts receive a one-time allotment of free credits, and Gig SEO Pro includes monthly credits as shown on our pricing page; unused credits stay in your account while it exists. If an AI request fails, the credits for it are returned automatically. Refunds for purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use Gig SEO to: break any law; infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy; access content or data you are not authorised to access; violate the terms of third-party websites or services; copy or republish other sellers’ listings; send spam or unsolicited messages; collect personal data about others without a lawful basis; interfere with or overload our systems; or resell or share the service without our permission.

You may not use AI features to create or distribute: false or misleading claims about your qualifications, reviews or results; content that impersonates another person or business; content that infringes intellectual property or trademarks; requests to move communication or payment outside a marketplace; academic work to be submitted as your own; medical, legal or financial advice; or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. AI output can be inaccurate — review and edit it before you use it. We may filter inputs and outputs and suspend accounts that violate this section.

You keep ownership of the text you enter and the copy you generate. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you. Data the extension stores locally (tracked keywords, rank history, niche snapshots, templates and order deadlines) stays in your browser; see our Privacy Policy.

Gig SEO, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our sites, including Fiverr, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Gig SEO provides data and suggestions. We do not control how any marketplace ranks listings and we do not guarantee rankings, visibility, orders or income. Marketplace pages can change at any time, which may affect what the extension can read.

Gig SEO is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using Gig SEO and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
