This page is available in English only; the English version prevails.
This policy explains what data the Gig SEO browser extension and the Gig SEO website (gigseo.xeviora.com) collect, and why. Our core principle: what you browse stays in your browser, and AI features only receive what you choose to send.
1. Who is responsible
Gig SEO is a product of Xeviora, a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor, who is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@xeviora.com.
2. What the extension reads and stores
The extension only runs on the marketplace pages you open. It reads the data already loaded in that page to show you a niche snapshot, your listing’s position, an SEO checklist or your order deadlines. It does not request marketplace pages in the background and does not read your password or cookies.
The following is stored only in your browser’s extension storage and is never uploaded to us: tracked keywords, rank history, niche snapshots (aggregate numbers and common phrases, not other sellers’ listings or profiles), reply templates, active order deadlines, your marketplace username, your recent AI results and your settings. Page analysis for the tab you are viewing is kept in memory only. You can export or delete this data from the extension’s settings at any time; uninstalling the extension removes it.
3. AI processing (opt-in)
When you press a generate button, the text you entered (for example your service description, target keyword, pasted reviews or a buyer’s message) and, if you leave the option on, aggregate market numbers shown in the panel (such as result counts, price percentiles and common phrases) are sent to our backend and forwarded to our AI service provider, OpenRouter, and the model providers it routes to. We do not use this content to train models and do not store the submitted text or the generated output on our servers; we keep a usage record (feature, credits, success or failure, model and timing) for billing and reliability.
4. Account data
An account is only required for AI features, Pro limits and billing. If you sign up, we store your email, name (if provided) and authentication records. Session cookies are host-only to gigseo.xeviora.com and are not shared with other Xeviora sites. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive only the basic profile information needed to create your account (email and name). We keep an append-only ledger of credit grants and usage tied to your account.
5. Payment processing
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (“Paddle”). Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information (such as name, email, billing address, country and payment details) as an independent data controller in order to process your order, calculate taxes, prevent fraud and meet its legal obligations. We never receive or store your full card details. We receive limited order information from Paddle (such as your email, country, plan and transaction status) to provide the service. See Paddle’s Privacy Notice: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.
6. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is sent to our email provider MailerLite, which stores it on our behalf. We use double opt-in (you confirm from your inbox), every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and your subscription is not linked to your purchases or your Gig SEO account. We do not store newsletter addresses in our own database.
7. Website analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful, with IP anonymization. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default (Google Consent Mode), so only cookieless signals are sent. The extension contains no analytics or advertising trackers.
8. Service providers
We use the following processors to run the service:
- Hosting: Vercel
- Database: Neon (PostgreSQL)
- Payments and invoicing: Paddle.com (independent controller, see section 5)
- AI processing: OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to
- Newsletter: MailerLite (only if you subscribe)
- Website analytics: Google Analytics
- Sign-in providers, if you use them: Google, GitHub
9. What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not collect the marketplace pages you browse or other sellers’ listings.
- We do not track your browsing across the web.
- We do not use analytics or advertising trackers inside the extension.
10. Retention and deletion
Local extension data lives only in your browser until you delete it or uninstall the extension. Account, credit and usage records are kept while your account exists. To delete your account and associated records, email support@xeviora.com from the address on your account; we will remove them, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@xeviora.com from the address on your account. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. For data Paddle holds as an independent controller, contact Paddle using the details in their Privacy Notice.
